We follow a strict no refund and no exchange policy.

Exceptions – Damaged Products Only

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product you received is damaged, and you provide a clear, uncut opening parcel video as proof.

The video must:

  • Show the sealed package before opening

  • Clearly display the product being unboxed in one continuous shot (no edits or cuts)

  • Highlight the damage clearly

Without this video, no claims will be accepted.

📲 How to Report a Damaged Product

If your item arrived damaged:

  2. Provide:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The unboxing video

    • Photos of the damaged item

We will review your case and respond promptly.

  • No returns or exchanges for reasons like dislike, change of mind, size/color issues, etc.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery or without an opening video will not be accepted.

  • This policy applies to all products unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
